Easter bunny

Anyone see a pattern here? Avery wanted to see the Easter Bunny SO bad! But, of course, when we got up close, she decided she would rather sit on the floor next to his feet than on the seat. Just like with Santa. Hey, at least she's not crying!

Morgan was sort of freaked by the bunny. She kept staring in it's mouth (the air/eye holes for the person inside the costume). I thought for sure she would say something about being able to see a person in there. But, she didn't. The girls had a lot of questions about the Easter Bunny when we left. Mainly, they didn't understand why the Easter Bunny wasn't talking. And we saw the Easter Bunny walking and Avery said "why is he not hopping, mommy?" Oh, boy.

Emotions

Last week's preschool theme was all about emotions. We always get tons of artwork home, but I love when they ask the kids questions. I never know what they'll say!

It surprises me that Avery was sad when I take away Paw Patrol. Morgan is the one that loves Paw Patrol. And I'm not sure where that monsters comment came from. I have never heard the girls talk about monsters! They do worry about the witches in our house. Morgan makes me close all the doors in their room (even the closet door) to keep the witches out at night. Morgan is super afraid of bees, even though she's never been stung by one. There is a path around a pond that we walk a lot. During the summer, there are tons of bumble bees. Every time we walk there, the girls ask if there are going to be bees.
