Christmas Caroling

Avery's Girl Scout troop went Christmas caroling today in downtown DG. It was really cold and snowing some still, but the girls had fun. They even got to take a carriage ride around downtown. They ended at Peet's coffee to warm up with some hot chocolate. Great way to kick off the holiday season!

And Milo is ready for it! He loves eating and rolling around in the snow! He rings the bell to be let out just to play! :)

Christmas Tree

We picked out a Christmas tree yesterday from Wannamakers and decorated it today! We have way too many ornaments! :) Avery and I decided we should do a Grinch theme this year for some of our decorations around the house. We had a lot of fun picking things out at Hobby Lobby!

Milo tried really hard to be a good boy, but he eventually wanted to eat the ornaments. So, he got banished to the kitchen. Let's hope he leaves the tree alone. We had gates up last year, but decided to see how it goes this year.

Happy 50th Birthday to Ross!

We celebrated Ross' 50th birthday with a fun dinner at Parker's restaurant. Erin had arranged for all of the kids to go to a karate parents night out, so we were kid free! Well, except for Charlie, but he's too young for the karate party. :) Most of Ross' family was able to come, except Brian who was sick and stuck in Iowa.

Dazzling Divas

On Friday, Aunt Erin set up a spa day for the girls and Grayson's girl cousins. They all got manicures, pedicures, make-up and hair glitter! They finished off with a runway walk!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We hosted Thanksgiving at our house again this year. Everything was delicious and it was nice to spend time with family and friends!

Haircuts!

It's been a while since we got haircuts, so we went last night. Avery wanted to get quite a bit cut off. So did Morgan, but I didn't let her. Her hair is so thick that you have to keep it longer or else it won't lay flat. We probably will get more cut off soon since she wants more of a change than this.

Willy Wonka Jr - Night #3

The final night! Erin, Hunter and Beckett came with me to the show. I think the boys enjoyed the show!

Our house looks like a florist shop these days!

After the show, they tore up the golden tickets and the cast signed them for each other as a keepsake.

If this face doesn't say "cringe", I don't know what does! Ha!
