We had a really nice Mother's Day today! I got some beautiful flowers!
The girls (mostly Matt) made me breakfast in bed. In full disclosure, since I have been sleeping with the girls, I moved from their room to mine for the official breakfast. So, it wasn't a total surprise. And, I had to wait for this sleepyhead to wake up before I could eat. Doesn't she know the mom is supposed to get to sleep in on Mother's Day, not the kid?!? :)
We actually let the girls eat upstairs in the bedroom, too, for fun. They sat at my make-shift office. Ha!
Avery and I spent some time working on a "worry" workbook this morning. I mentioned before that she's been having quite a bit of anxiety lately and this book was recommended. Her anxiety is mostly health related, so it's definitely elevated right now. The book was alarmingly accurate in describing how she's feeling and how we're reacting to her. So, we're hoping a few of the methods it suggests will help her with her worries. Fingers crossed!
Later, the boys came for a playdate.

Then we played a whole house game of hide-n-seek. The kids are getting really good at hiding and it takes much longer to find them these days!
Hunter is lucky he's little... we walked past him twice without seeing him under the shelf!
Grayson was the last to be found one round... he hid in our laundry room cabinet.
Morgan hid in her bathroom cabinet next time.
Before the boys left, Grayson and Morgan had to have a headstand contest. These two are great at headstands. Morgan spends a lot of time upside down. :)
