There has been a ton of uncertainty with school. Currently, the school is set to go hybrid, with part of the school in person and part remote at home. You can also opt for the full remote option called the "Online Academy". Since we know school is going to end up fully remote at some point, we elected the Online Academy for the girls. And because Matt and I work full time, we are interviewing nanny candidates. We want someone that can help with the remote learning.
For the interviews, I'm doing phone calls first to see if the person would be a good fit. Then, for those that are good options, we bring them to our house to meet the girls. It's most important to see how they interact with the kids.
For one of the in-person interviews at our house, Avery got all dressed up! Even put jewelry on! :)
