Matt and I went to hit golf balls this week to practice up for the last Sammy Fund weekend fundraiser coming up this weekend. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Just call him the baby whisperer

The kiddos were SO wound up after the pumpkin patch that they just would not settle down for naps. So we sent in the baby whisperer - Papa! He got Grayson and Morgan (and himself) to take naps!

The BIG 4-0

As my brother so nicely noted...

We celebrated my 40th birthday first with a little get together on my actual birthday (Sept 7th). We reserved a room for dinner at Ballydoyle, a bar on Main St in DG. Then, we had cake and ice cream back at the house.

My friends JJ & Crystal sent me a book full of pictures of all the fun times we've had together. It was perfect!

Then, Matt and I celebrated our birthdays together with a night in the city. Grandma and Papa were babysitting, so the girls were in good hands. We went to the Zac Brown Band concert, which was awesome! I love their songs, but they also covered Billy Joel, Metallica, Queen, Charlie Daniels Band and a few more. The fiddle player was amazing! We had a great time! :)

I can't even believe these two little munchkins are already 2 years old! We celebrated with a little party at our house. The girls had a blast and were so excited!
