Swim party

On Sunday afternoon, Sandi rented out the pool at their swim school for all of the kiddos to have a swim party. The girls were super excited because we haven't been swimming since the summer outside. We haven't been able to take lessons because of COVID, so they are missing the pool!

And here's a sign at the pool where you shower off before going into the locker room. Hmmm, guess there was a big enough problem with this to put the sign up (?). Ha!

The girls were both exhausted after all that swimming! The hour long car ride home was a good time for a nap! :)

Cozy

The girls love when Mama and Papa stay at our house. They wake them up every morning and lay in bed with them! I make them wait until 7am before waking everyone up! :)

Happy Birthday Papa!

My parents came up to DG to celebrate his birthday with all of us. It was an Among Us themed party! Aunt Sandi made all the kiddos and Papa Among Us shirts. They were a big hit! The kids played Among Us IRL with tasks around our house. So much fun!

Avery thought it would be so funny to get Papa a jar of peanut butter! See her face on the right of the picture! She said it's funny, but also a good gift because he loves peanut butter. :)

Morgan's shirt says "Pink vented" and Avery's shirt says "Wasn't me". :)

Even the kiddos got gifts... Valentine's gifts!

And this is how you protect the cake during COVID times! The kids were warned not to blow out the candles, but Papa was quick with the cover for those that didn't follow the rules. :)

And as a special treat for Papa's birthday, he was able to finally secure an appointment for a vaccine! (and my mom, too!) Yay!

While Papa was in town, we put together lots of puzzles. Even Morgan got in on the action!

You know we are big Among Us fans around here... so I got the girls these cute hats! And of course, they had to act the parts!

Richard sent us a big box of stuff from Matt's childhood... schoolwork, artwork, pictures, basketball posters, etc. We went through everything with the girls and they got such a kick out of seeing Matt as a kid!
