More snow

We went sledding again at Hummer Park.

Later that day, we went for a walk up to the school to play and Morgan wore a silly hat! And her pajamas! :)

Snow fun

We got a little more snow... and made our Barbies some castles.

Then, we warmed up with some hot chocolate!

Avery got a cooking challenge kit for Christmas from Ruth, so we decided to make one of the challenges. We picked the "disguised cupcakes". We had to make cupcakes and decorate them to look like something else. It was a fun time and the cupcakes turned out delicious and beautiful! :)

First we made the cupcakes from scratch...

Then, we sketched out our plans for the cupcakes. Matt and Morgan were on a team. Avery and I were on a team.

And here are the final products! Avery and I made a sunflower and a unicorn. Morgan and Matt made a red butterfly in the sky and a sheep in the grass.

Sledding

There was just enough snow/ice on the ground to do a little sledding, so we went to Ebersold park with the cousins.

Impostor

Has anyone else been playing Among Us??? The kids had been watching this on YouTube a lot and even played it in real life together. Now, we all have the app and have been playing games with all the extended family. Even my Dad has joined in the games! I've learned that Avery is quite a game player (and scammer!) Ha!

New Year's Eve

This year we celebrated NYE with the Wilkens again with a taco night, plenty of drinks and a balloon drop for the kiddos at "midnight". Such a fun time!
