Cake

Since we were married out of the country, we really couldn't save any of our cake from our wedding in The Bahamas. Too bad, because I LOVED that cake!

But, we were able to save the top of the cake we had at our New Year's Eve wedding reception.

The cake survived the 10+ months in the freezer better than I thought it would. The black icing melted and left the cake looking a little messed up, though.

Surprisingly, the cake actually tasted pretty good.
