Final soccer game of the winter season

Morgan's soccer team wrapped up their winter indoor season on Saturday morning... very early! Her game was at 7:45AM! After my late night Friday night, it was rough having to get up in the morning at 6:15AM, so I could make sure Morgan was fed and ready and there 30 minutes early! My mom and Avery slept in, Matt took Morgan to the game early, and my dad and I went to the game right when it started.

They had to win this game and score at least 3 goals to have a chance at coming in first for the league. And they did that! They ended up winning 4-0! Morgan played goalie for a lot of the game. She switched to attacking midfield with about 18 minutes left in the game. Indoor games are a running 45 minute clock with no halftime, so they basically just switch while the game is going on.

Morgan scored one of the goals on a corner kick! It ricocheted off one of the opposing players into the goal. Morgan has a hard kick! :)
