Skillet Cookie = yum
Matt & I went to the West End Bar for dinner Wednesday night. I had gone there for drinks for the bachelorette party and wanted to go back and try out the food. The menu is kind of small... more sandwiches than salad options, but the food was good. They have tater tots and mac-n-cheese as optional sides instead of fries, which is great. : )

Skillet cookies are my favorite dessert in the WORLD! For some reason, every restaurant in Peoria, IL has them and when I would go down there on business, I would totally GORGE on them! Delicious!
